Disclaimer & Acknowledgement for Participation in the  

COPENHAGEN CLIMATE CHANGE WORLD HUNGER STRIKE
October 18, 2009 ~ December 18, 2009

In registering for the Greenhouse Neutral Foundation 'WORLD HUNGER STRIKE' program, ALL participants acknowledge and agree that they do so of their own free will.

Participants must be over the age of 18 years and in sound health .

In registering for and participating in the World Hunger Strike , I hereby acknowledge and agree that I register and participate of my own volition; that the Foundation, its employees, affiliates, or assigns, accept NO responsibility whatsoever for any outcomes associated with or resultant from my participation in the World Hunger Strike.

I understand from my participation that I (the participant) accept all outcomes of my participation. I understand that during the period of my involvement in the WORLD HUNGER STRIKE in the lead up to the Copenhagen Climate Conference that I will do so of my own accord, partaking of liquid foods only, during the period of my participation in the WORLD HUNGER STRIKE.

I acknowledge that I may withdraw from the WORLD HUNGER STRIKE at any time during the period I have registered to participate, and that all donations having been raised during the period of my participation will go towards assisting world hunger at the direction of the Greenhouse Neutral Foundation.

I agree that at the end of my participation I will take all steps necessary to collect the pledges of my sponsors and forward all such funds without deduction to the Greenhouse Neutral Foundation for its distribution to the selected not-for-profit organisations working to feed the world.

Note: All net WORLD HUNGER STRIKE CAMPAIGN donations will be directed by the Greenhouse Neutral Foundation to not-for-profit organisations working to feed the world.
