Please complete the registration form to be a participant in the World Hunger Strike. All information is require unless otherwise noted. [All information submited is held in the strictest of confidence and will not be shared, sold or given to any third parties.]

Should you feel at any time that you are unable to complete the full duration of the committment you have made, the Foundation encourages you to end your strike. At the end of your strike, please contact your sponsors to collect their donations in support of your campaign.

Participation in the Hunger Strike to raise awareness of the effects of climate change on the world's growing starvation epidemic is strictly voluntary.

The World Hunger Strike will run from Sunday, October 18 through Friday, December 18, 2009.

Commitments begin at 12:01 a.m. on the first day ~ ending at midnight on the 3rd or 5th day. Days are consecutive.

You may participate as often as you feel you have the ability to safely conduct the strike without adverse affects on your health. **Please submit a separate form for each commitment made to the Strike. **

December 18, 2009 is a one day commitment, the date marking the last day of the 2009 summit in Copenhagen. We hope that you will join the Strike on this day as well as any other commitment you make for the Hunger Strike. You are also welcome to commit for only this one day, previous commitments are not required to join us on this final day of the Strike.

At the end of your strike, please contact your sponsors to collect their donations (for the number of hours you protested) in support of your campaign.
